Can I still use my computer while a technician is working on it?

While you can still access your computer while a computer tech is remotely working on it, it is not recommended. Only you or the technician can use the keyboard/mouse at the same time, not both. Even when the tech has left to allow a program to run, if you use the computer during that time, it can interfere with the technician's software, or even cause data loss. If you need to use the PC while a technician is working, you can use the chat window (or call 812-437-2911) and ask the technician if you can use the computer for a few minutes. However, this may increase the amount of time it takes to get your computer done and increase the repair costs as the technician waits for you to finish.
