We also have caps on the price charged for most work, we will discuss this
further when you call in. But for example, virus removal is billed at
$35/hour with a cap of $85. This means if we can fix it in one hour, you
get billed $35, if it takes up 15 hours, you only pay $85 TOTAL!

software, and one the remote session is complete, the software is automatically
removed from your PC. This means, after the remote session is over, you
