First off, if you have a question about an unknown bill on your credit card, please make sure you have the right company.  The customers we bill, know us very well and expect bills from us, so if you have gotten an unknown bill from a "Digicom", it most likely is a different company.  Also, Digicom doesn't bill checking accounts, ever, that is not an option we offer our customers, nor are setup to do.

To make sure if you are billed by us, it should appear on your credit card as "Digicom Consulting 812-437-2911".  (Sample below)

If your statement DOES say "Digicom Consulting 812-437-2911", then please call us at 812-437-2911 (or toll free at 877-437-2911) and we will be glad to immediately assist you with any questions on your bill.  (You may also contact us via our Online Support) 

If your statement does NOT say "Digicom Consulting 812-437-2911",  then you have the wrong company, but don't run off yet... Since helping people is our mission, we have written a little guide to information we have obtained on some of these other companies.

Our #1 Company we get calls about:
If you have gotten a bill for $4.95 or $39.95 on your credit card or from your checking account, this company has been known under MANY different names, and no, none of them are related to us in any way.  We have heard of them billing for Voicemail services, Pagers, Prepaid Calling Cards and lately giving away "Free Gas Cards" & Wild Girls Videos.  The people we have talked to have shown concern over how they even got their credit card or checking account information to bill.  So, there is a case that the Georgia Consumer Affairs Office (866-351-0001) is working on, along with a couple law enforcement agencies that we have gladly assisted.  They highly recommend you DO call your credit card company and dispute the charges if you did not authorize these charges, along with filing complaints with the proper authorities, since there is a goof chance the security of your account has been compromised. 

One thing we did learn about this company is that your credit card company will give you a number to contact them with.  If you call it and get a voicemail, keep calling it.  From what we have gotten, they do not return voicemails, but if you keep calling, you will eventually get a human.
